These guys are a class act. True experts in their field; and A+ customer service. I hired them after my water heater failed. They were able to come shortly after for an estimate and installed the new top of the line heater next day, on a Saturday no less! I really enjoyed my interactions with them and they were able to fully answer all my questions. They even went above and beyond fixing a few minor issues too. My wholehearted recommendation!

When you hire RB Mechanical, you are hiring Bobby and son Rob and that is who you get. They are expert professionals and perfectionists. The first time I called them, years ago, they did not know me, and yet they came as swiftly as possible ,in the dead of winter to resolve my steam boiler heating emergency. They have since replaced that old steam boiler, replaced rotted pipes, cleaned sewer lines, etc., and they always leave the place clean and neat. Bobby and Rob are also gentlemen! Do not hesitate to call them.

Rob and his son Rob were very professional and extremely knowledgeable about my steam heating system. They assessed the issues and repaired it in a timely and thorough fashion. They picked up on other issues that other Plumbers were clueless about. I have to say they will be doing other plumbing work at my home in the near future.

Rob and Mike are great guys who did a great job by eliminating hazardous conditions in my washer and dryer area and plumbing system. R B Mechanical just completed my conversion from oil to gas. The old boiler was dismantled and removed, as well as the oil tank. The new installation - gas steam boiler and water heater has been completed. Rob and Rob Jr do spectacular work. All new piping, as well as replacing some unrelated piping because the original work was not correct.. free of charge !!!!! True professionals, full attention to every detail of their work. There is no doubt the I will be using this company again. Excellent high quality PROS.

Finally! A reliable, fair and honest plumbing company. Rob was prompt in responding and getting to the job site. The quote was more than fair when compared to other quotes. The installation went exactly as described. The job was to remove an old water heater and install a new one. He went above and beyond by taking a look at an issue with the boiler. Rob gave me some great cost saving info. I can tell that he cares about the client and their safety. After this refreshing experience, RB Mechanical is my first choice for all future work.

Rob (owner) came to provide a prompt estimate. He neatly removed the smallest amount of wall needed to repair a broken pipe. Truly cared about minimizing damage and expense...and here the kicker...He is the first contractor I have ever dealt with that came in cheaper than his original estimate!
